Customer information on the Corona crisis

Dear customers,

due to the Corona crisis we have summarized some information for you.


Please inform us briefly if your shop is closed and you are unable to accept parcels for this reason. We will note this in our system and put your shipments on hold. If a direct shipment to your customers seems reasonable or if you want us to accept repairs from your customers directly, please let us know. We will then discuss solutions together.

Spare parts / lead times

Since there have already been some restrictions in the supply chain, we ask for your understanding regarding the availability of parts and thus the lead time for your service cases. We will do our best to provide you with the best possible support.


We also expect further restrictions in the trading business with goods from suppliers.
We will keep you regularly informed here with updated delivery dates.

We have taken all the necessary measures to ensure that we are available to you as a stable and reliable partner even in this crisis, while still protecting our employees. For example, our employees have sufficient quantities of  masks and disinfectant dispensers at their free disposal. Furthermore, we arrange the workplaces so that minimum distances can be maintained.

We thank you in advance for your understanding for possible restrictions in our business operations. We would like to make our contribution to counteract the spread of the virus. Because this is in all our interests.
