4) Contacting

In the context of contacting us (e.g. via contact form or e-mail), personal data is collected. Which data is collected in the case of a contact form can be seen from the respective contact form. 5) Data processing when opening a customer account and for contract processing

According to Art. 6 Para. 1 letter b DGSVO, personal data will continue to be collected and processed if you provide them to us for the execution of a contract or when opening a customer account. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. It is possible to delete your customer account at any time and can be done by sending a message to the above-mentioned address of the responsible person. We store and use the data provided by you for contract processing. After complete processing of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be blocked in consideration of tax and commercial retention periods and deleted after expiry of these periods, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or a legally permitted further use of data has been reserved by our site, about which we will inform you accordingly below.

 

6) Use of your data for direct advertising

6.1 Subscribe to our e-mail newsletter

If you subscribe to our e-mail newsletter, we will send you regular information about our offers. The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your e-mail address. The indication of further possibly data is voluntary and is used to be able to address you personally. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure for sending the newsletter. When you register for the newsletter, we store your IP address entered by the Internet Service Provider (ISP) as well as the date and time of registration so that we can trace any possible misuse of your e-mail address at a later point in time. The data collected by us when registering for the newsletter will be used exclusively for the purpose of addressing you in advertising by means of the newsletter. You can edit the settings of the newsletter at any time via the link provided in the newsletter, directly via our newsletter page or unsubscribe by sending a message to the responsible person named above. After your cancellation, your e-mail address will be deleted from our newsletter distribution list immediately, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use data in excess thereof, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this declaration.

6.2 Sending the e-mail newsletter to existing customers

If you have provided us with your e-mail address when purchasing goods or services, we reserve the right to regularly send you offers for similar goods or services from our range by e-mail. Pursuant to § 7 para. 3 UWG, we do not need to obtain separate consent from you for this. In this respect, data processing is carried out solely on the basis of our legitimate interest in personalised direct advertising pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. If you have initially objected to the use of your e-mail address for this purpose, we will not send you an e-mail. You are entitled to object to the use of your e-mail address for the aforementioned advertising purpose at any time with effect for the future by notifying the person responsible named at the beginning. For this you only have to pay the transmission costs according to the basic tariffs. Upon receipt of your objection, the use of your e-mail address for advertising purposes will cease immediately.

6.3 Advertising by letter post

Based on our legitimate interest in personalised direct mail, we reserve the right to store your first and last name, your postal address and - if we have received this additional information from you within the framework of the contractual relationship - your title, academic degree, year of birth and your professional, industry or business name in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 letter f DSGVO and to use them for sending interesting offers and information on our products by letter post.

7) Data processing for order processing

7.1 To process your order, we work together with the following service provider(s), which support us wholly or partially in the execution of concluded contracts. Certain personal data is transferred to these service providers in accordance with the following information. The personal data collected by us will be passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery within the scope of contract processing, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. We will pass on your payment data to the commissioned credit institution within the framework of payment processing, if this is necessary for payment processing. If payment service providers are used, we explicitly inform you of this below. The legal basis for the transfer of data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

7.2 Passing on of personal data to shipping service providers

- UPS

If the goods are delivered by the transport service provider UPS (United Parcel Service Deutschland Inc. & Co. OHG, Görlitzer Straße 1, 41460 Neuss), we will pass on your e-mail address before the goods are delivered in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO for the purpose of agreeing a delivery date or for delivery notification to UPS, provided you have given your express consent in the order process. Otherwise, only the name of the recipient and the delivery address will be passed on to UPS for the purpose of delivery in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 letter b DSGVO. The data will only be passed on if this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. In this case, prior agreement of the delivery date with UPS or transmission of status information for shipment delivery is not possible. This consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future either with the above-mentioned person in charge or with the transport service provider UPS.

- Die Kuriere GmbH

If the goods are delivered by the transport service provider Die Kuriere (DK, Die Kuriere GmbH, Adlergestell 129, 12439 Berlin), we will pass on your e-mail address in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 a DSGVO prior to delivery of the goods for the purpose of agreeing a delivery date or for delivery notification to Die Kuriere, provided you have given your express consent in the ordering process. Otherwise we only pass on the name of the recipient and the delivery address to Die Kuriere for the purpose of delivery in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 letter b DSGVO. The data will only be passed on if this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. In this case, a prior agreement of the delivery date with Die Kuriere or the shipping notification is not possible. The consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future vis-à-vis the aforementioned person in charge or the transport service provider Die Kuriere.

- overnite

If the goods are delivered by overnite (overnite Transport Service GmbH, Oskar-Jäger-Straße 129, 50825 Cologne), we will pass on your e-mail address in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 a DSGVO prior to delivery of the goods for the purpose of agreeing a delivery date or for delivery notification to overnite, provided you have given your express consent in the ordering process. Otherwise we only pass on the name of the recipient and the delivery address to overnite for the purpose of delivery in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 letter b DSGVO. The data will only be passed on if this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. In this case, a prior agreement of the delivery date with overnite or the delivery announcement is not possible. The consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future vis-à-vis the above-mentioned person in charge or vis-à-vis the transport service provider overnite.

7.3 Use of payment service providers (payment service providers)

- Paypal

When paying via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or - if offered - "purchase on account" or "payment by instalments" via PayPal, we pass your payment data on to PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter "PayPal"). The data necessary for the payment are passed on by Payever to the Santander Consumer Bank AG, Santander-Platz 1, D-41061 Mönchengladbach. 8) Use of Social Media: Videos

Use of YouTube videos

This website uses the Youtube embedding function to display and play videos from the provider "Youtube", which belongs to Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").

The extended data protection mode is used here, which, according to the provider, does not initiate the storage of user information until the video(s) are played. If the playback of embedded YouTube videos is started, the provider uses "YouTube" cookies to collect information about user behavior. 9) Online-Marketing

9.1 Use of Google AdWords conversion tracking

This website uses the online advertising program "Google AdWords" and in the context of Google AdWords the conversion tracking of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). - Right to restrict processing pursuant to Art. 18 DSGVO: You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data as long as the accuracy of your data contested is verified, if you refuse to delete your data because of inadmissible data processing and instead request the restriction of the processing of your data, if you need your data to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, after we no longer need this data after the purpose has been achieved or if you have filed an objection for reasons of your particular situation, as long as it is not yet established whether our legitimate reasons predominate;

13) Duration of storage of personal data

The duration of the storage of personal data is determined by the respective legal retention period (e.g. commercial and tax retention periods). After expiry of this period, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted, provided that they are no longer necessary for the performance or initiation of the contract and/or there is no longer any legitimate interest on our part in the further storage.
