Thunder TH35C

The Thunder TH35C is one of the most powerful entry-level dual use/prefix units on the market. It is a clip-on device specifically designed to meet the needs of hunters. Thanks to the built-in 748x561 OLED monitor and an outstanding thermal sensitivity of less than 35mK, the device still delivers clean and sharp images even under the most adverse conditions.

The sensor works with a resolution of 384x288 pixels and reaches a maximum detection range of about 1.2km. The control unit is located on the top of the Thunder - so it is optimally designed for ambidextrous operation. The user can choose from a total of four different filters; he also has the choice of adapting the color of the menu to his preferences.

At the same time, the device comes with a number of interesting features that make it a real all-rounder. For example, video and photo recordings can be stored on the built-in 16 GB flash storage, which can then be accessed and shared via app. The connection can be made with the smartphone either via the built-in Wi-Fi hotspot or a USB-C cable.

A picture-in-picture feature allows the user to zoom into the live view and have the resulting section displayed as an additional picture in the view. This helps hunters in particular target game. Digital zoom extends up to 8x magnification and is done via skip-free section zoom, which improves clarity.

With a reduction ring (not included), you can connect the Thunder TH35C as a dual-use device via a Rusan adapter with your scope. Please note the respective legal situation of your country.

If you do not want to use the Thunder as a clip-on device, you can also use the device individually as a digital optic via the included observation eyepiece.

The Thunder TH35C is also completely ITAR-free (ITAR=International Traffic in Arms Regulations). Therefore, there is no delivery restriction or paperwork to worry about!

Should the initiative of the Federal Government to legalize thermal imaging scopes be implemented in Germany within the next 2 years, we will offer our then eligible customers to convert Thunder scopes purchased from us to target scopes.

A new, much more precise alternative is the use of the "Precise Hunting" adaper system: This is shown in the following figure. The reduction ring is also required here. However, this is then screwed to the duo connector. The latter always remains on the device and is then connected to the clamping sleeve for mounting on the scope. The latter then remains permanently on the scope. The connection is much more repeatable due to the bayonet lock.
