If you decide within four weeks that you want to buy the rented item after all, we will credit the rent you have already paid against the purchase price. You will then receive a new device in any case.

Please note that our products usually represent a high material value. For this reason, in order to be able to offer the rental service, we have to collect an appropriate security deposit during the order process. This will of course be refunded to you after the item has been returned.

To ensure that your desired device is available at the right time, we ask you to contact us as early as possible if you are interested.
